Colombini srl, based in Pompiano (BS), specializes in the design and manufacture of machines and industrial lines for meat processing. Operating under its own brand, the company provides customized solutions to major national and international processing groups. Each project is developed in-house, from conception to production, passing through technical design, carpentry, electronics, assembly and final testing.

The establishment
The operational headquarters of Colombini srl is located in Pompiano, in the heart of Lower Brescia, in a strategic location at the center of an area rich in agricultural and industrial tradition.
The company facility covers more than 2,000 square meters covered, divided into functional areas designed to ensure efficiency, quality and control at every stage of the production process.
Inside the plant they find space:

The Team
The strength of Colombini Ltd. lies in a cohesive, competent and innovation-oriented team. The company employs an annual average of 12-13 professionals including administrative clerks, designers, mechanical and electrical technicians, and specialized material processing operators.
Each professional figure is selected not only for their technical skills, but also for their ability to work in synergy with other departments, contributing to the overall quality of the final product. In-house know-how makes it possible to follow all stages of the production chain, from the first contact with the customer to the design, construction, testing and after-sales service of machinery.
Ongoing training, technological upgrading and direct involvement in the development stages are central to the company’s philosophy: each team member actively participates in the constant improvement of the solutions offered, with a flexible and problem-solving-oriented approach.

The Founder
Davide Colombini, the founder and current head of Colombini srl, was born in 1965 in Modena, where from a young age he developed solid experience in the livestock sector, working alongside his parents, pig breeders and traders. Growing up in an environment where work, concreteness and responsibility were central values, he soon began to train in the field, learning in depth about every phase of the meat supply chain.
In the 1980s he moved to Travagliato, in the province of Brescia, where he started his own slaughtering business. Here he further refined his knowledge of the industry and began to devote himself to the mechanization of production processes, personally making the first modifications to the plants. In 1993 he decided to transform his professional path: he ceased his activity as a slaughterer and founded a mechanical workshop specializing in service and maintenance for meat processing plants.
Thanks to his collaboration with a major U.S. company in the industry and his experience in the field, he started a steady growth that led him to consolidate his business in Pompiano, where the current Colombini srl.
